It's easy to believe the whale realized the little people on the little boat had helped her, isn't it?And it seems obvious she was communicating her joy at being helped, very, very effectively.There was more communicated visually than in the accompanying English soundtrack, don't you think? Or even in the French subtitles :)How much of our vaunted language skill is spent on adding a redundant commentary to the real story unfolding before our eyes, ears, and noses, eh?Sometimes we just need to shut up and pay attention.Thanks for this very nice little clip, Joy.
